As we prepare to celebrate Christ’s birth, we are reminded of the incredible blessing of His love and the joy of sharing His message with others. At Sylvan Hills Christian Service Camp our goal is to build up servant leaders, inspire young hearts to walk with Jesus, and create lasting friendships and memories.
This year, we saw God work powerfully in the hearts of the campers who attended our winter and summer camps. Multiple lives were touched this camp season from heartfelt worship around the campfire to deep conversations during small group breakouts. But this work is only possible through the generosity of friends like you.
We are excited to continue our mission into 2025—but we need your help to make it happen. Your gift this Christmas will provide:
- Maintenance of our facilities to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
- Resources for camp week programs, worship, and faith-building activities.
- Scholarships for those who could not otherwise attend camp.

2025 Events
Senior High Winter Retreat 2025
Friday, January 17, 2025 – Sunday, January 19, 2025
Students in grades 10th, 11th, and 12th are invited to join us for a Winter Retreat on January 17th-19th. The theme for the weekend will be “Transformed” and we will dig into the passage of Romans 12:1-2. Students will arrive at 7 pm Friday, where we will have activities, snacks, and a vespers service. Saturday will be filled with classes, small groups, and even outdoor activities (weather permitting). All meals on Saturday will be provided, and students may be picked up on Sunday after brunch and Sunday service, which will end at 1 pm. The cost of registration is $75 per student.
