Sylvan Hills will be holding emergency workdays tomorrow, Friday June 24th and Saturday June 25th starting at 8 am to clean up and repair the aftermath of last night’s flooding. Flat shovels, garden rakes, wheelbarrows, and gloves will be helpful to bring. If anyone has a front loader they are willing to transport that would be SUPER helpful! We can use all the help we can get! Thank you so much in advance.

Sylvan Hills Christian Service Camp sustained significant flooding beginning June 22, 2022, at approximately 6:30 PM. No summer camp week was in session and no campers were present during the flooding. There was minor flooding in the residence basement and a significant washout to the road through the camp. Much of the landscaping has washed down the hill towards the recreation field.
Sylvan Hills will be issuing an emergency camp workday in the coming days to ensure our facilities are ready for our retreat and summer camp groups. Please be on the lookout for more information on how to help!
